Join artist Netty Reddish to get crafty
Go down to Cromford Mills every day this week during half term and this coming weekend from 11-3pm for crafting activities hosted by artist Netty Reddish as part of Derbyshire Makes. You can join in every day to make craft creations inspired by the riverside and nature.
Netty Reddish qualified as a Design and Technology Teacher in 1999 with First class Honours from Leeds Metropolitan University. Later she went on to do a Masters in Design with a specialism of metalwork and jewellery in 2008 from Sheffield Hallam University. As part of this Netty won the prestigious Enterprise Challenge Award, beating 88 other entrants.
Based at an old textile mill near the village of Bonsall in Derbyshire, Netty welcomes people to her workshop and also offers peripatetic classes across the uk.
